I bought an inexpensive Pulsar from the Watch shop a couple of years ago.
It was the worst watch I have ever bought and it not keep time!

I contacted their customer services just after the guarantee had expired and the comment was tough!

    AMAZING!

    regards,

Bought a Pulsar watch 2 years and 4 months ago. Stem has broken off and was told “it must have caught on something”
which it didn’t. It only requires pulling out when the clocks change. Had to pay £38 to repair but I won’t be buying any more Pulsarwatches

Bought a Pulsar watch 2 years and 4 months ago. Stem has broken off and cost £38 for repair. Was told “it must have caught on something” which it didn’t. It’s only pulled out when the clocks require changing. Never have I had a watch where a bit has broken off. The lesson here is DON’T BUY PULSAR WATCHES

I have an inexpensive v230-5000rs 345471 pulsar watch that just died after 38 years of wearing it daily…all I ever had to do was replace battery every few years.
